Smart Store Return Policy

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted if sent within 30 days of receipt of your item(s) provided there is no damage to the item(s) and it can be resold.  Return it with a copy of your receipt for a refund of the item value (minus your return shipping/handling costs).  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., if you received an incorrect or defective item).  Personally autographed items may not be returned for any reason.  Questions?  Email store@rondeal.org.
