About the Presenter: Ron L. Deal is Founder and President of As For Me And My House Ministries, LLC and Successful Stepfamilies. He is an expert in remarriage and stepfamily education and therapy.
Ron is author of The Smart Stepfamily (book and DVD curriculum), The Smart Stepmom, The Smart Stepdad, and The Remarriage Checkup. He presents his Building A Successful Stepfamily conference in churches throughout the North America. Ron is a member of the Stepfamily Expert Council for the National Stepfamily Resource Center at Auburn University and speaks at family ministry conferences throughout the country. He was the first Stepfamily Educational Consultant to Focus on the Family.
Ron is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 20 years experience in local church ministry. Ron trains family ministry professionals at numerous national conferences around the country on a regular basis.
